Insurance questions

Does my insurance cover cosmetic procedures?
No. Cosmetic treatments — including Botox, fillers, laser hair removal, chemical peels, HydraFacial, and PRP — are self-pay regardless of your insurance plan. Medical dermatology visits (such as acne, rashes, or patch testing) may be covered.
My insurance isn't listed. Can I still be seen?
Yes. We see patients with any insurance or no insurance. Self-pay rates apply if your plan is not in-network. Call (671) 477-2873 before your visit to discuss coverage.
Does TriCare require a referral?
TriCare Prime requires a referral. Standard TriCare does not. Please confirm with your TriCare plan before your visit.
Are lab fees covered by insurance?
Lab fees (for STD testing, pap smears, etc.) are billed separately from the consultation fee and are submitted to your insurance. Coverage varies by plan. Call us with questions about lab billing.
