Medical Director
Dr. Jitka Lom, MD
Dr. Lom is the founder and medical director of ExpressCare Guam, which she has grown into a trusted two-location clinic serving the Guam community for over 18 years. A graduate of the University of Toronto Faculty of Medicine (1987–1992), she completed residencies in family medicine and anesthesia before moving to Guam in 1999.
In 2018–2019, she completed a Post-Graduate Diploma in Practical Dermatology from Cardiff University, Wales, graduating with distinction. She has been practicing aesthetic medicine — including Botox and laser treatments — since 2004, and holds a Senior FAA Aviation Medical Examiner designation since 1999.

Roz Rama, PA-C
A Guam native who returned home to serve her community. Roz brings over 10 years of experience as a licensed PA and a genuine connection to the island she grew up on.
Lisha Hasskamp, PA-C
Licensed on Guam since 2022, Lisha brings a strong academic background in PA medicine and continues to serve her country through the National Guard alongside her clinical practice.
Irina Gorshkova, PA-C
The newest member of the ExpressCare team, Irina brings a master's-level PA education from the University of New Mexico. An avid traveler and private pilot, she understands Guam both professionally and personally.
