Dr. Jitka Lom has served as a Senior FAA Aviation Medical Examiner (AME) since 1999 — one of the most experienced AMEs on Guam. She is authorized to perform Class 1, 2, and 3 medical certificate examinations for pilots, student pilots, and air traffic controllers.
The exam fee is $150. An optional EKG is available for an additional $50. Most exams are completed in a single visit.

All applicants must complete FAA Form 8500-8 through the FAA MedXPress system before scheduling your exam. Your AME cannot access your application without your MedXPress confirmation number — bring it to your appointment.
