Dr. Jitka Lom, MD
Board-certified family physician and primary care dermatologist practicing on Guam since 1999. Dr. Lom holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Practical Dermatology from Cardiff University (with distinction) and has practiced skin and aesthetic medicine since 2004.

Dermal Fillers
Cosmetic fillers restore youthful volume to the face — smoothing wrinkles from smiling, correcting deep furrows, lifting sagging cheekbones, and enhancing lip fullness. Both fillers offered at ExpressCare are hyaluronic acid-based, a substance that occurs naturally in the body.
Fillers also address hollowness around the eyes, restore volume lost through aging, and treat acne or chickenpox scars. Results are natural-looking with no downtime. Restylane lasts approximately 4–6 months; Juvederm lasts up to one year.
Microdermabrasion
Microdermabrasion is a non-invasive skin resurfacing treatment that gently exfoliates the outer layer of skin to reveal smoother, brighter skin underneath. Effective for fine lines, uneven texture, mild acne scarring, and dull complexion.

Mole, Skin Tag & Wart Removal

Keloid & Scar Treatment

Tattoo Removal
Tattoo removal at ExpressCare Guam uses laser energy to break down ink pigment in the skin. Multiple sessions are typically required, spaced several weeks apart to allow the body to clear the fragmented ink naturally.
