TB Skin Test
A tuberculosis (TB) skin test — also called a Mantoux or PPD test — is required for many jobs, school enrollment, and healthcare licensing in Guam. The test is administered in clinic, and results are read 48–72 hours later at a brief follow-up visit.
At just $40, it's one of the most affordable TB tests available on Guam. Walk-ins welcome.

Patch Testing for Chemical Allergies
If you have unexplained skin reactions to chemicals, fragrances, metals, or other substances, patch testing can identify the specific allergens triggering your symptoms. This dermatologic procedure is performed by Dr. Lom at ExpressCare Guam.
Patch testing is distinct from scratch or blood allergy tests — it specifically identifies contact dermatitis allergens. Results are typically read 48–72 hours after application.
